How to Make Dry-Fried Sardines

Dry pan-fry SardinesIngredients: Introduction:
Main ingredients:
Sardines (400 grams) Salt (to taste)
Side ingredients:
Green onions (two stalks)Soysauce(Half spoon) Water (one spoon)
Steps for dry pan-frying sardines:
1. Prepare the fish, marinate with salt for half an hour (those who prefer more salt can leave it longer).

2. Remove the scales and internal organs from the marinated fish.

3. Wash and drain the water.

4. Mix soysauce with water, cut the green onions into flowers.

5. Heat a dry pan with an appropriate amount of oil, place the fish one by one.

6. Pan-fry until golden brown, flip to the other side and fry.

7. Place the scallions on the fish, pour the soysauce water over it and let it evaporate completely (I did not use all the soysauce water as shown in the picture; just enough for the fish to absorb).

8. Serve hot with a fragrant taste.

Tips:
Do not flip the fish hastily when pan-frying, wait until it is golden brown and then slowly flip over on low heat to prevent breaking the fish.
