How to Make Stir-fried Winter Melon with Doubanjiang


Cucumber Stir-fry Doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste)Ingredients Introduction
Main ingredients:
Half a cucumber, aged Broad beans(about 20 pieces)Mussel broth ( ) A little salt Soup (as needed) Salt (a little)
Steps to make stir-fried cucumber with doubanjiang:
1. Soak old broad beans for over 24 hours, then peel them into doubanjiang.

2. Rinse the doubanjiang again until bubbles appear.

3. Hold a cucumber in your hand and slice it thinly.

4. Heat a dry wok with cold oil, then stir-fry onions until fragrant.Onion Stir-fry until aromatic.

5. Add doubanjiang, stir-fry, and add salt.

6. Pour in an appropriate amount of mussel broth, cover, and cook until almost done.

7. Add cucumber and continue cooking until fully cooked.

8. Serve and enjoy.

Tips:
If you don't have mussel broth, you can use Chicken stock or other Broth as a substitute. If none of these are available, water can be used instead.
