Ingredients needed:Lotus root:2 small sections, 150 grams of minced meat, 1 green onion 1 piece of ginger,Soy sauce 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, salt,Olive oil 1 tablespoon,All-purpose flour 150 grams, a little bit of five-spice powder, enough water Specific steps: 1. Peel and clean the lotus root, then soak it in clear water to remove dirt from inside.
2. Add minced onion and ginger to the meat filling, along with soy sauce,
cooking wine

and salt and olive oil, mix well in one direction for flavor development.3. Mix flour with five-spice powder, add enough water to form a batter that can hold on a chopstick. 4. Dry the lotus root slices, slice them about 5 millimeters thick, cutting only three-fifths of each piece before fully cutting through.

5. Open the cut slices and evenly stuff with meat filling.

6. Fry the coated slices in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
