Homemade Peanut Salad Recipe

Everyone says fried food peanuts and rice are the best accompaniments for drinks, but actually, cold mixed ones have a different flavor. Besides, it's autumn now, which is the harvest season for peanuts, giving them a unique sweetness not found in other seasons. Today, I will introduce an easy way to make cold mixed peanuts.

Ingredients: fresh peanuts 300g, white soy sauce 1 teaspoon, and 1 large piece of scallion white part.
1 Remove the shells from the fresh peanuts, blanch the peanuts in boiling water to remove their raw taste, then drain and dry them.

2 Sprinkle the blanched peanuts with cut scallion white.

3 Add white soy sauce.

4 Mix well and let it marinate for more than ten minutes to enhance the flavor. The result is a crisp, sweet-salty taste that pairs perfectly with drinks.
