How to Make Tomato Yellow Croaker

Yellow Croaker Fish (1 piece), Onion (1 stalk), Garlic (2 cloves)Ginger(to taste) Oil (as needed)Dark Soy Sauce(as needed) Cooking Wine (as needed) Dry Starch (as needed) Water-Starch (as needed) Oyster Sauce (as needed)Tomato Paste(as needed)Sugar(as needed)
Steps to Make Tomato Yellow Croaker Fish:
1. Clean and gut a yellow croaker fish, remove the scales and gills

2. Marinate with cooking wine and salt for half an hour

3. Chop the onion, ginger, and garlic finely as needed

4. Prepare water starch

5. Coat the fish evenly with dry starch after marinating

6.Flat Bottom Pan Heat the pan and add oil, then place the fish in it

7. Fry until golden brown, then remove

8. Heat another pan with oil, stir-fry the onion, ginger, and garlic

9. Add dark soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce, along with an appropriate amount of water according to taste; add salt if needed as it was already added during marination

10. Place the fish in the pan, pour tomato paste, and cook until the fish is well flavored

11. Use water starch to thicken the sauce and reduce it

12. Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro before serving Coriander Small Tips:

Do not frequently flip the fish while cooking to prevent it from falling apart and losing its appearance!
Fish should not be stirred frequently while cooking; doing so can make it look unappealing and mushy!
