How to Make Egg Custard with Okra

Main ingredients:
Eggs(2) Korean mallow (2 stems)
Seasonings:
Oil (1 tablespoon) Salt (a little)Vinegar(2 drops) Water (as needed)
Korean mallow Steamed egg Steps:
1. Two eggs and two stems of Korean mallow

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a little salt

3. Add an equal amount of water

4. Filter out bubbles using a sieve

5. Steam over high heat for 5 to 6 minutes

6. Remove the tips and ends from the Korean mallow, then cut into circles

7. Arrange the Korean mallow on top of the egg, add one tablespoon of oil, cover and steam for another 2 minutes

8. Ready to eat

9. Very tender and smooth

Tips:
Add two drops of white vinegar to make the egg more tender and prevent it from becoming tough.
