. Prepare the soysauce, salt, ginger, Vigorosan, sugar, rice wine for marinating.

. Wash the limes.. Thaw the Alaska black cod at room temperature.

. Rinse the Alaska black cod and absorb the water with kitchen paper.

. Pat dry the Alaska black cod and sprinkle both sides with salt.

. Pour all the seasonings in step 17 into a bowl. Add the squeezed lime juice to the sauce bowl.
