How to make curry rice:
1. Add water to a pot

2. Put the curry paste in, melt it, and set aside

3. Heat a pan with oil, then add the minced meat and fry until cooked

4. Add the rice and curry, stir-fry until well mixed

5. Sprinkle some scallion flakes on top

Tips:
The curry should melt but does not need to be made thick.
