How to Make Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs

Sweet and Sour Top Sirloin steps:
1. Wash the top sirloin

2. Cut into strips, the thickness depends on personal preference but do not cut too thick as it may be difficult to cook when frying

3. Put the meat in a bowl, crack an egg and add some salt, mix well by hand, marinate for ten minutes

4. Mix cornstarch with water, then put the meat into it along with some flour, mix well

5. The oil level should be more than usual when frying; wait until it is about seven-tenths cooked before adding the meat one piece at a time

6. Fry on low heat

7. When slightly golden, remove and drain excess oil

8. Repeat the frying process but use higher heat this time

9. Once more golden than the first time, remove and drain again

10. Drain the oil from the pot and add ketchup with sugar and vinegar to it

11. When bubbles appear, add the fried meat, stir-fry until evenly coated
