How to Make Spicy Wavy Potato Strips

How to make Sichuan-style Crispy Potato Strips:

1. Prepare the ingredients and peel and wash the potatoes!

2. Cut the potatoes into pieces about the thickness of a matchstick, then cut them into thin long strips using a wavy knife as shown in the picture.

3. Rinse the potato strips with water to remove starch!

4. Boil the potato strips in salted water until cooked (turn twice during cooking).

5. Drain and dry the boiled potato strips!

6. Heat a dry pan with oil, add the potato strips and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally (the potato strips are already cooked, be careful not to break them).
