The method for making Vermicelli and Baby Bok Choy:
1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the baby bok choy and cut it into individual pieces. Do not sever the stem.

4. Use a large container to cool the cooked baby bok choy in cold water.

6. Use a large bowl to cool the softened vermicelli with cold water.

7. Drain the water from the cooked baby bok choy and arrange it on a plate.

8. Drain the water from the vermicelli, cut it into pieces and place it over the baby bok choy. Cutting helps for easier eating.

9. Chop the garlic and green onion finely; sprinkle the garlic over the vermicelli. The chili pepper was forgotten to be photographed.
