Steps to make Flower-Blooming Richness Dongpo Meat:
1. Cut pork belly into 7-8 cm cubes, cook in cold water for 2-3 minutes until boiling, then remove

2. Prepare auxiliary ingredients

3. Place scallions, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and cloves at the bottom of the pot

4. Put pork belly skin side down into the pot, add cooking wine, Shaoxing wine, soysauce,Lemon juice, then press for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker

5. After 20 minutes, turn over the meat and add MSG, salt, then press for another 15 minutes

6. Let the meat cool down, cut according to the shape of the meat as shown

7. Line the bottom of the serving dish with Bok choy or coriander for garnish

Tips:
I used an Adi pot, a regular pressure cooker can shorten the cooking time appropriately; the meat should not be too soft to cut easily.
