How to make core yam:
1. Wash and mince the pork.Pork Wash the pork and chop it into pieces, then mix with salt, cooking wine, a little sugar, Wei Jixian soy sauce, cornstarch,Salted egg yolks Mix well and set aside for later use.

3. Cut it into small pieces as shown in the picture.

Tips:

3. Since salted duck eggs are already salty, reduce the amount of salt used during cooking to avoid over-salting.
4. When stir-frying the sauce, add a small amount of salt if desired; do not add too much.
