The method for steaming sea bream

Method for Steaming Grouper:
1. Wash the ingredients and prepare them.

2. Remove the innards from the grouper, make incisions on its body! Evenly apply a small amount of salt and rice wine, marinate for about 15 minutes.

3. After 15 minutes, place the sliced chives and ginger on the grouper's flesh.

4. Heat the pot over high heat, add water, place the steaming rack, put the grouper in when the water boils and steam for about 7 minutes.

5. Turn off the fire, let it sit for another 3 minutes before opening and removing.

6. Heat the pan over high heat, pour in a small amount of oil until it's hot enough, then drizzle it on the grouper.

7. Pour an appropriate amount of steamed fish sauce over it.

8. Finished dish!

Tips:
Remember to apply salt evenly on both sides of the grouper while marinating! Steam for about 7 minutes; don't exceed this time or it will become too tough! Healthy and tasty fish texture! Let sit for another 3 minutes before serving! The fish is basically cooked through!
