Steps to Make Steamed Garlic Vermicelli with Baby Bok Choy:
1. Required Materials

2. Chop garlic, red bell pepper, and onion into mince for later use.

3. Soak vermicelli in warm water for about 10 minutes then arrange on a plate.

4. Slice baby bok choy into 4 pieces and place them on top of the vermicelli.

5. Steam for about 10 minutes.

6. Remove from heat

7. Place garlic mince, red bell pepper mince, and chopped onion on top.

8. Drizzle with 5 spoons of oyster sauce.

9. Heat the wok until smoke starts to rise.

10. Carefully pour the hot oil evenly over the baby bok choy.
