Making Simple Yam, Shiitake, and Donkey Meat Soup

Main Ingredients:
Donkey Meat (300g)
Side Ingredients:
Yam (200g) Mushroom (50g)Ginger(One piece) Green Onion (Two stalks) Salt (Appropriate amount) Slightly Aged White Wine Red Pepper(Three pieces)
Simplified Version of Yam and Mushroom Stewed Donkey Meat:
1. Cut the donkey meat, marinate with a bit of aged white wine.

2. Peel and clean the yam, slice it into dice-sized pieces; cut the ginger into slices, wash the mushrooms, and prepare three dried red peppers.

3. Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and stew for forty minutes.

4. Prepare chopped green onions during your free time.

5. After forty minutes, add salt and simmer for a few more minutes with the lid off.

6. Serve. Do not add too many seasonings; it will still be delicious.

Tips:
1. Marinate the donkey meat with aged white wine after cutting.
2. Do not stew for too long, as overly soft donkey skin is not tasty.
3. Donkey meat is very nutritious; do not add too many seasonings; I only used salt and nothing else.
