How to Make Beef and Chili Sauce


BeefChili Sauce Ingredients Introduction
Main ingredients:
300 grams of beef mince
Side ingredients:
1000 grams of red chili, 100 grams of oil, 20 grams of white spirit Dry yellow bean sauce(One box) 30 grams of rock sugar Ginger 30 grams, one garlic head, a little salt Sesame seeds( )
Beef Chili sauce Steps:
1. Wash the red chilies and pat dry,

2. Remove the root and seeds from the red chilies, and cut them into small pieces,

3. Chop the ginger and garlic into fine.

4. Heat a wok and add oil, then stir-fry the beef mince until it releases oil,

5. Add ginger and rock sugar, stir until fragrant,

6. Add chili, stir evenly,

7. Add one box of dry yellow bean sauce, stir well,

8. Pour in white spirit, boil for a moment then simmer on low heat until thickened,

9. Add garlic and salt to season, stir evenly and turn off the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds,

10. Allow it to cool down, then pack into sterilized bottles

Tips:
Dry yellow bean sauce can be of the Wang Zhihe brand for authenticity; adding white spirit can remove fishy smell, enhance flavor and prevent spoilage; simmer on low heat to avoid burning; garlic should be added just before finishing cooking; remember to wear gloves when handling chilies.
