Chicken breast 1 piece (300 grams)
Fresh Cucumber 1 stalk
Garlic
Raw Ginger 1 piece
Peanuts Crushed, a little bit
White Sesame seeds A little bit
Rice wine
Flavoring Sauce
Sesamin oil 100g
Dark soy sauce 25ml
White Vinegar 20ml
Water 60ml
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Salt 1½ teaspoons
Chicken essence 1 teaspoon
Sichuan pepper powder 2 teaspoons Chili oil (more)
Mixed oil (less)
Flavoring Sauce Preparation
1. Gradually pour water into the sesame oil while stirring well;
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
The shelf life of the sauce: refrigerate for 3 days.
Cooking Method

Step 1
In a small pot, add ginger slices and rice wine, then put in the chicken breast to cook.
For 1 piece weighing 300 grams, cook over medium heat until it is done after boiling for 10-12 minutes. Do not remove from the pot immediately.
After it's cooked, turn off the fire and let it rest for a while;
Step 2While cooking the chicken breast, prepare the flavoring sauce beforehand.

Step 3
Wash and cut cucumber into strips; mince garlic and set aside.

Step 4
Once the chicken is warm, tear it apart according to its texture to make chicken threads;

Step 5
Place a plate at the bottom with cucumber strips. Place the chicken threads on top, sprinkle minced garlic and crushed peanuts,

Drizzle flavoring sauce, add a little mixed oil and an appropriate amount of chili oil, and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
Done

Just mix it up before eating.

If you prefer a stronger spicy and numbing flavor in the sauce, add more Sichuan pepper powder and chili oil. Of course, how much spiciness is up to your preference.
