Homestyle Pan-Fried Tofu Recipe


Ingredients Introduction
Firm Tofu 1 piece &A little salt &Soy sauce 3 tablespoons, and sufficient green onion, oil for frying
Home-style Fried Tofu Steps:

1. Simple ingredients: tofu, scallion, soy sauce, a little salt, and oil

2. Wash the scallions and cut them into fine pieces, separating the whites from the greens

3. Cut the tofu into thick slices about 1.5cm thick, approximately 5cm long

4. Heat oil in the pan, stir-fry the white part of the scallion

5. Then place the tofu block by block, and fry over medium-high heat

6. Fry until one side is golden brown, then flip to fry the other side until golden brown

7. Add soy sauce and a little salt for seasoning

8. Add a little water and let it simmer on both sides to absorb the flavor, finish with the green part of the scallions
