Filling Preparation Steps:

6. Put crushed peanut and walnut kernels in a bowl, add roasted black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins.

7. Add sugar, roasted glutinous rice flour, oil, mix well.

Remember to add water gradually; never add too much in one go. The mixture can be shaped when it reaches a dough-like texture.

11. Adjust the quantity according to your needs, this amount makes twelve moon cakes.

Place the crushed peanuts and walnuts in a bowl, along with the fried black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and raisins.

Add sugar, fried glutinous rice flour, oil, and mix well.

Gradually add water, making sure not to overdo it.

It should be able to form a ball.

Tip:
Remember to add water gradually; never pour too much at once. It's enough when you can knead it into a ball by hand. This amount of filling made twelve mooncakes. Adjust according to your needs.
