Cheese Sauce Chicken Cutlet Recipe

Cheese sauce Chicken cutlet Steps:

1. Cut the chicken breast horizontally, not completely through, to keep one side attached.

2. Marinate with rice wine, dark soy sauce, five-spice powder, salt, and cornstarch for about 20 minutes.

3. After marinating, flatten the chicken cutlet, place 20g of cheese sauce on one side, fold the other half over it.

4. Dip the chicken in beaten egg to coat evenly, then cover with breadcrumbs.

5.Frying pan Place an appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan and heat until 70% hot, then fry the chicken cutlets until both sides are golden brown.

6. Remove the fried chicken from the pan, place on paper towels to drain excess oil before cutting into pieces to serve.
