Stir-fried Chinese Parsley Fish Home Recipe

Chinese cabbage stewed hairtail fish are dishes commonly enjoyed near the coast, I likely wouldn't have experienced such deliciousness before visiting coastal areas in northern regions. After trying it once, I couldn't stop eating it; now this dish has become a staple on our dinner table.

Ingredients: two hairtail fish, Chinese cabbage, green onion,ginger, salt,soy sauce, sugar,malt vinegar, an appropriate amount of cooking wine
1. Rinse the hairtail fish, remove the head, and cut into pieces (about 6.7 cm long), pat dry with kitchen paper;
2. Heat oil in a pot, then add the fish pieces;
3. Fry until one side is lightly golden, then flip to fry the other side;
4. Fry until both sides are slightly golden (personal preference for more fried and drier fish);

5. Wash and clean the Chinese cabbage thoroughly;
6. Cut into segments (about 4 cm long);
7. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion, ginger slices, an appropriate amount of cooking wine, sugar, salt, soy sauce, then add water to bring to a boil;
8. Add the fried fish pieces and let it simmer for a short while;
9. Add the Chinese cabbage;
10. Cook until the liquid reduces and the Chinese cabbage is tender; remove from heat and serve in a dish.
