The method for making meat minced noodle soup

Appropriate amount of minced meat Rice vermicelli 1 piece &Sufficient cooking wine Ginger Minced Dark soy sauce Sufficient Soysauce Sufficient, scallion slices sufficient
Minced meat and rice vermicelli Slow cooker Steps:

. Soften the rice vermicelli by soaking it in hot water beforehand. Cut the ginger into minced pieces, cut the scallions into slices.

2.Sandpot Preheat over low heat (use a heat-resistant sandpot), add oil, and stir-fry the minced meat.

. After the minced meat is stir-fried until loose, add sufficient cooking wine and ginger, stir evenly.

. Remove the rice vermicelli with a slotted spoon, do not drain off the water, cut it into shorter lengths using kitchen shears if necessary.
