How to Make Pan-Fried Fish Cutlets


Pan-fried Fish Cutlets Ingredients Introduction

Side Ingredients:

Steps for Pan-frying the Fish Cutlets:
1. Prepare all ingredients and clean them, slice the green red pepper into pieces, cut the scallion diagonally into segments, thinly slice the garlic, and cut the fresh ginger into strips as needed.

2. Clean the fish cutlets and drain the water, place in a bowl and add salt, ginger strips, tangierine seeds, and a little cooking wine to marinate for 30-60 minutes.

3. Heat enough oil in a pan over medium heat, remove the ginger strips and tangierine seeds from the fish cutlets, and fry them until both sides are golden brown.

4. Remove the fried fish cutlets and set aside.

5. Pour a little more oil into the same pan, add ginger strips, tangierine seeds, garlic slices, and scallion segments to stir-fry.

6. Once fragrant, add green and red bell peppers and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add the fried fish cutlets, a little cooking wine, and dark soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

8. Once well mixed, serve in a dish.

Tips:
Do not use too much salt when marinating the fish as you will add dark soy sauce later;Be careful while stirring to avoid breaking the fish cutlets during cooking; make sure not to use high heat or cook for too long to prevent burning (do not add water). The cooking time should be sufficient but not excessive, just until the ingredients are well combined.
