Homemade Stir-Fried Noodles with Winter Melon and Tofu Skin

Cucumber Mixed with Rice Gluten Could be an essential dish at our house during summer, when drinking beer, it's cool and delicious to eat; a sip of beer makes it even more delightful. Below is the preparation method for cucumber mixed with rice gluten.
Ingredients needed Main ingredients: 100g rice gluten, 200g cucumber.:
: oil,
Ginger oil Chicken essence,Oyster sauce, Soy sauce Salt, garlic paste, green onion, Vinegar . Steps:
Cut the rice gluten into strips.
Chop the cucumber and crush it lightly to make strips.

Seasoning, add chicken essence, oyster sauce, salt.

Crush the garlic into paste and mix with sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar.

Heat the oil in a pan, fry the chopped green onions until fragrant then remove them.


Cool the ginger oil before adding it to the seasoned bowl (from step 6). Mix the cooled ginger oil with the seasoned ingredients from steps 3 and 4.

Pour the dressing over the cucumber and rice gluten, mix well. Serve immediately.

Put the cucumber and tofu skin in a bowl, pour the sauce over them, mix well, and serve.
