How to Make Spicy Potato Slices


Ingredients Introduction

2. Cut the ginger and garlic into slices; cut the pork and potatoes into slices and rinse them with water; chop the cilantro and green onions into segments. 4. 7. After the meat is cooked, add dried red chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Next, add some soy sauce, vinegar, and a little sugar, then stir-fry.

8. Add the drained potato slices.

9. After the potatoes are cooked through, add an appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate, then stir-fry. Finally, add chopped green onions and cilantro, stir-fry briefly before serving.

(Leave one stalk of cilantro out for garnishing on the plate). Add some soy sauce, vinegar, and a little sugar, then stir-fry.

7. Next, add the drained potato slices.

8. After the potatoes are cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate, then stir-fry. Finally, add the green onions and cilantro and stir-fry for a moment before removing from heat.(You can leave one sprig of cilantro out to sprinkle on top after serving).
