Home-style stir-fried yellow croaker with rice vermicelli recipe steps:

1. Clean and dry small yellow croakers, cut salted meat into slices, soak rice vermicelli in water for half an hour.

2. Cut fish into two pieces and place them in a large plate, coat with starch by hand.

3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the yellow croakers until both sides are golden brown, move to one side, add ginger and garlic to stir-fry until meat turns color.
