How to Make Ochra Pan-Fried Anhui Fish


Ingredients Introduction
Okra 300 grams Sole fish 800 grams Fish slices 8 ml Oil 6 grams SaltSoy sauce Rice wine 3ml RawGinger 3 grams 10 grams Scallions10 grams of green onion
Steps for stir-frying sole with okra:

1. Wash the sole fish, remove the innards, cut into pieces and separate the head and tail;HeadTail from the body. PS: Only use the fish slices.

2. Season the cut sole fish with salt, oil, and rice wine for 5 minutes.

3. Clean the okra thoroughly under running water, remove the stem, halve large okras, and prepare all ingredients.

8. Season with salt and soy sauce; cook until fully cooked, then garnish with scallions.
