How to Make Chicken Stewed with Cabbage and Tomato Sauce


Ingredients Introduction

Stewed Cabbage with Tomato Sauce and Chicken Chicken meat Steps:

1. Gather all the main ingredients.

2. Remove bones from chicken legs, cut into small pieces for easy eating. Tomato peel off and chop, cabbage cut into small pieces, garlic and onion finely chopped.

3. In a wok, add a little olive oil and heat up, then stir-fry the chicken pieces, season with a bit of salt and black pepper, fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly colored, remove from pan and set aside.

4. In the same wok, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

5. Add tomato chunks, tomato sauce, bay leaf, salt, sugar, thyme, stir-fry until soft and thickened.

6. Add an appropriate amount of water to bring to a boil, then add cabbage, stir thoroughly, cover the pot, steam for 3 minutes.Steam Steam again for another 3 minutes.

7. Finally, pour in the fried chicken pieces, stir well, cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes, season with a bit of salt to taste.
