How to Make Lemon Duck


Ingredients: Introduction:
Duck meat 800 grams, rice wine 50 milliliters,Soy sauce in appropriate amount, sugar in appropriate amount, beer one can, salt in appropriate amount, old soy sauce in appropriate amount, garlic in appropriate amount, sour ginger, sour onion, sour lemon, sour chili in appropriate amount, ginger slices in appropriate amount.
Steps for making lemon duck:

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture,duck meat washed and cut into pieces.

2. Prepare the condiments as shown in the picture,

3. Place the duck meat, ginger slices, and rice wine in a pot and stir-fry over medium heat.(No oil needed, dry fry),

4. As water is released during cooking, let it evaporate until dry, then remove from heat and set aside.

5. Pour some oil into the pot, add chili and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add sour ginger, sour chili, and sour onion.(Do not add lemon at this time; lemons will become bitter after prolonged cooking),

7. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add the pre-cooked duck meat, salt, sugar, old soy sauce, new soy sauce, and fermented bean curd to season,

8. Pour in beer, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat.

9. Once there is still some broth left, add lemon and stir-fry over high heat until the juice has been absorbed.
