How to Make Bacon Asparagus Rolls


Ingredients Introduction
Pork belly 4 slices Asparagus 4 red ones Red chili pepper Half a piece Black pepper Crushed, a little Salt and oil as needed
Steps to make Bacon Asparagus Rolls:

1. Prepare the ingredients;

2. Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and an appropriate amount of salt, then put the asparagus into it to blanch;

3. After blanching the asparagus, rinse it with cold water;

4. Cut the bacon into halves, then cut the asparagus into pieces slightly wider than the bacon;

5. Place the asparagus and red chili pepper at one end of the bacon and roll them up;

6. Use a toothpick that has been soaked in water to fix the rolled bacon asparagus;

7. Put the bacon asparagus rolls into a pan and fry over low heat;

8. Fry until golden brown on one side, then flip and fry until golden brown on the other side; sprinkle some black pepper crumbs on both sides;

9. Place them neatly on a plate.
