Egg and vegetable salad recipe

On such hot days, there's not much appetite, so make a salad. It is refreshing and very delicious.
Main ingredients
Cabbage 2 pieces Egg 1 piece Tomato 1 piece Cucumber Half a piece
Seasonings
Salt 2 grams Sugar 3 grams RuoBi Salad Dressing 2 packs Sesame oil half a spoon
Egg Vegetable Salad Preparation steps
1. Prepare the ingredients.2. Wash and chop the cabbage finely.

3. Boil the egg until done.

4. Mix with salt and sugar.

5. Cut the tomato into chunks, and slice the cucumber, removing the seeds.

6. Add sesame oil.

7. Then add RuoBi Salad Dressing and mix well.

8. Dice the cooked egg into four pieces.

9. Place the mixed vegetable salad in a dish, and arrange the eggs beside it.

Garnish the salad with the eggs beside it.


Cooking Tips
Olive oil I ran out of olive oil, so I used sesame oil instead; using olive oil would taste better.
