How to make Crispy Skin Tofu
1.Ingredients Prepare all ingredients

Mix Korean chili paste, oyster sauce, pepper powder, cumin powder, and salt, stir evenly into a sauce. Cut into fine pieces.

Cut tofu into 1.5 cm thick slices, any size is fine

Dip the tofu in starch to coat evenly.

Grease a baking tray with oil, place the coated tofu slices on it without sticking together.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (both upper and lower heating), bake for 15 minutes in the middle rack.

After timing, flip the tofu slices using a silicone spatula and evenly spread sauce over them.

Bake again at 220 degrees Celsius (both upper and lower heating) for another 5 minutes in the middle rack.

When done, sprinkle with and sesame seeds.
