How to Make Three Treasures in Honey Glutinous Rice Brine

Clean the pig intestines (the cleaning process please refer to my previous recipe - Steamed Pork Intestine with Sichuan Pickles (with detailed cleaning procedure)) before cooking them in white stock over high heat for 30 minutes and then simmering for another 30-60 minutes until they reach the desired texture.

3. Remove the pig intestines from the pot, rinse to remove excess oil, cut into small pieces and set aside.

4. Then let's review the ingredients of the zha hu mixture. Add ginger and bay leaf to the water, bring it to a boil, then add chicken wing tips and duck tongues, cook for 5 minutes before removing. Ginger, 1 piece bay leaf, 2 pieces zha hu, 500 ml organic honey, appropriate amount of red chili

5. Mix the zha hu syrup and honey in a small bowl to your desired taste, then pour it over the duck tongues and wing tips from step 4. If you like spicy food, add some red chili.
