Homemade Spicy Dried Inkfish Recipe

This dish is entirely a personal creative endeavor, as recently I acquired a bag of mussel dried and one of fresh shellfish. These seafood dried goods have never been used before, so I didn't know how to start with them, but I didn't want to waste them. So, I thought of various ways to consume them. In the end, I did not waste a single piece of the mussel dry. However, regretfully, that bag of oyster mussel was wasted as its size was large and its quality was also good. But before I could figure out how to make it, it had already gone moldy, so I had to throw it away. Fortunately, there were absolutely no preservatives in this stuff; otherwise, it would not have deteriorated so quickly. Thank goodness that bag of mussel dry was completely consumed by making four different dishes before this happened.
To make the dried mussels spicy and savory, this could suppress the fishy smell of seafood. More importantly, since our whole family prefers strong flavors, doing it this way would be more acceptable to everyone. After cooking, I found that this idea was correct as we all agreed that the taste was quite good and very delicious.
I discovered that these can also be eaten like snacks; they have a chewy texture without being hard on the teeth. While taking photos, I sampled them greedily and ate several pieces, which is a special privilege for someone cooking.
