How to Make Stewed Fish

Like to eat Braised Fish but afraid of the bonesFlat fish has fewer bones, right? So I chose flat fish. No need to say much, everyone has had it before. Perfect for drinking or eating.

Ingredients: Introduction:
Flat fish (one piece),Rice pepper (6 pieces), Bell pepper (6 pieces),Ginger, Garlic, green onion, Salt, old soy sauce, cooking wine,Sugar,
Steps for Braised Fish:

1. Clean and prepare the flat fish well, make a cut along its back, season with salt and wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 hours.(Alternatively, you can marinate it for half an hour.) I bought it early morning and planned to eat at noon, so I didn't refrigerate it.

2. Dry the fish thoroughly, the fish will taste better when fried. Dust both sides of the fish with starch, to ensure a nice texture and thick sauce. The fish stays more tender.

3. Heat oil until hot,

4. Fry the fish without moving it, once the fish forms, flip it over.5. Remove the fried fish and set aside.

6. Leave some oil in the pan, add ginger, rice pepper, and garlic.

7. Add cooking wine, old soy sauce, and a cup of water; bring to a boil.

8. Add the fish,

cover with lid and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes.9. Remove the fish and plate it.

10. Add half a spoon of sugar to the remaining sauce, reduce until thickened.11. Garnish with green onion and rice pepper,

the finished dish is ready. The taste is excellent...

Pour over the fish.

12. It tastes great! I didn't add monosodium glutamate (MSG)or any other flavor enhancers, try to avoid them as much as possible. Try not to add it.
