How to Make Jinjiang Shredded Meat


Ingredients Introduction
Ribeye steak (250g), a little cooking wine,ginger juice (a little), 3 spoons of starch, part of an onion for scallions, rolled into strips wraps(2 pieces),dark soy sauce bean paste (1 spoon), sweet bean sauce (1 spoon), a little cooking wine, 1 spoon of sugar, oyster sauce (1 spoon), a little old soy sauce 1 tablespoon sweet bean sauce
Stir-fried Ribeye Slices Steps

1. Cut the ribeye into strips.

2. Marinate with cooking wine, ginger juice, a little salt, and starch for 15 minutes.

3. Prepare sliced green onions and the wrappers.

4. Heat oil in a pan, cook the meat strips quickly using chopsticks until done, then remove them.

5. Keep some oil in the pan on low heat, add the bean paste, sweet bean sauce, cooking wine, ginger juice, sugar, oyster sauce, and old soy sauce to stir-fry evenly.

6. Cook thoroughly, then remove from heat and set aside.
