How to Make Spare Rib Fried Rice

Healthy and hygienic fried rice for 2 people.
Rice
- 2 pieces of spare ribs 1 piece Half a corn Half a carrot A quarter cabbage Radish Half a piece Bamboo shoot, a few slices Meat patty, a little
Salt, a little
Soy sauce, a little Old soy sauce, a little Shrimp paste, a little Stir-fry the spare ribs for 10 minutes first, then microwave on high for 8 minutes. Heat a wok with peanut oil, add chopped carrot and meat patty, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage slices and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add shrimp and microwaved spare ribs, stir-fry together. Add salt, old soy sauce, and new soy sauce. Stir-fry the cooked rice over low heat until well combined. (Reduce water slightly when cooking the rice to achieve a chewy texture)
How to make braised pork fried rice
1. Cook the rice according to personal preference, I added sweet potato

2. Cut the carrot cubes and mince meat patty, chop the cabbage into threads, adding some shrimp if desired.3. Marinate the pork ribs for 10 minutes before placing them in the microwave

on high heat for 8 minutes.4. Heat a wok with peanut oil, first add the carrot cubes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the cabbage threads and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, followed by adding the mince meat patty, marinated shrimp, and microwaved pork ribs, stirring back and forth while adding salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce

5. Lower the heat and add the cooked rice, stir-frying it back and forth.(It is recommended to reduce water when cooking the rice to give it a chewy texture) Heat oil, stir-fry the shredded radish for 2-3 minutes first.Add cabbage strips and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add meat patties, soaked shrimp, and microwaved ribs, then continue to stir-fry. Season with salt, dark soy sauce,
