How to Make Fried Dough Fritters

Several slices of oil fruit, paired with a glass of mung bean milk, start your beautiful day.
Main ingredients
flour 120 grams
Auxiliary materials
salt 1 gram dry yeast 1.5 grams olive oil 5 grams vegetable oil (for frying) 200 grams
How to make fried dough sticks
1. Mix flour, yeast, olive oil, and salt; add water gradually until the dough can be formed.

2. Form into a dough ball, cover with cling film, and refrigerate overnight.

3. Take out in the morning, knead to release air bubbles.

4. Divide into small portions, flatten each to about 1 cm thick, shape into long tongues.

5. Cut three lines down the center of each piece to create a pattern.

6. Heat oil in the pot until it's around 80 degrees Celsius, then gently place the dough pieces inside; I put them in at approximately 100 degrees, which slightly burnt them.

7. Fry until one side turns golden, flip and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Cooking tips
Do not heat the oil too high, around 80 degrees Celsius when adding the dough pieces to prevent burning.
