How to Make Meat Minced String Beans

Summer is hot, and my appetite is not good, so I like to make some appetizing dishes.Bamia Meat is one of my favorite appetizers,Doubanjiang Sauce already has a spicy and salty flavor, so sugar was added; if you like spicy flavors, you can skip the sugar!

How to Make Meat Bamia

1. Wash and dry the ingredients, cut up the bamia Radish into small pieces, mince the pork, chop the garlic, and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a wok, first stir-fry the bamia and radish until they change color, then remove them from the pot!

3. Use the same wok or start over with another one! Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, add the meat, and stir-fry until it changes color.

4. Push the cooked meat to one side of the pan, then add the Doubanjiang and stir-fry until fragrant; mix it evenly with the meat, adding an appropriate amount of sugar for a final stir!

5. Pour in the stir-fried bamia and radish pieces, stir-fry until they are well combined, season to taste!

6. Serve out!
