Old Ginger Fried Chicken Baby Chickens Method

The method for making old ginger stir-fried chickling (essential on the first of summer)

1. Rinse the chickling in water to remove blood.and then blanch it. Boil the water, then blanch and set aside.

2. Soak the old ginger in rice wine for about 15 minutes,green pepperred pepper are prepared, and garlic is ready.

3. Heat some oil, stir-fry the old ginger until fragrant, then add the chicken and stir-fry together with a little water to simmer for 3-5 minutes before removing.
