The method for making honey pork chops

1. Lay the cleaned and cut fresh pork chops flat on a cutting board.

2. Use the back of a knife to gently pound each pork chop until it is flattened.

3. Place the pork chops in a dish, then add cornstarch, egg, ginger, and half spoon honey.

4. Gently smear the broken egg and honey on both sides of the pork chops with a spoon, marinating for half an hour.

5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, fry the pork chops until both sides are white and golden yellow.

6. In a small bowl, mix 5 spoons soy sauce, 1 spoon dark soy sauce, and 1 spoon cooking wine to make the sauce.

7. Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops.

8. Add 2 cups water, put the lid on the pan, bring it to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.

9. After 15 minutes, add umami seasoning and quickly reduce the sauce to completion over high heat. Start enjoying; it's incredibly delicious.

Pound the pork chops with a knife back first, then marinate for better flavor.
