Fermented Tofu Braised Spare Ribs Recipe

Tofu is one of the most common foods in our area, with high nutritional value, easy to store, convenient to eat, can be stir-fried, sautéed, cold mixed, or made into soup. It is also one of the most famous foods here.
Main ingredients
2 strips of Tofu 1 strip of spare ribs Auxiliary ingredients
1 teaspoon of cooking wine
3 teaspoons of edible oil 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce A little salt 1 teaspoon of old soy sauce 6 milliliters of water starch mung beans 1 teaspoon of bean paste 2 slices of ginger 2 cloves of garlic 3 grams of sugar 1 scallion Stir-fried Spare Ribs with Tofu method Prepare the ingredients Wash and dry the spare ribs. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the garlic and ginger slices until fragrant.
Add the spare ribs and stir-fry evenly.Add bean paste, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, and old soy sauce for seasoning, then stir-fry evenly.

Pour 100 milliliters of water, cover with a lid, turn to low heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Remove the lid, add the tofu, and continue simmering for another 10 minutes on low heat.

Stir in the water starch, stir evenly, and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

After thickening the sauce, add scallions to enhance the flavor and serve.

Cooking tips

This is fresh tofu skin, very delicious without being deep-fried.

Remove the lid and add the tofu skin, simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Pour in the water to thicken the sauce, stir-fry evenly, then quickly reduce the flame to finish cooking.

Add the scallions to enhance the flavor after reducing the sauce.
