How to Make Corn Shrimp

Weekend dinners with the family, ordered a dish of shrimp.Corn. Upon seeing it served, I was stunned; there were only three shrimp pieces in the plate. From then on, that restaurant was put on our blacklist. We bought ingredients at home and made it ourselves, which turned out to be delicious and satisfying!

1. Remove the heads and shells from the prawns, then cut a slit along their backs to remove the shrimp veins.

2. Rinse the prepared shrimp pieces in water with chopsticks for 2-3 times.

3. Dry the washed shrimp pieces and mix them with a little miso, salt, and cornstarch; marinate for about 10 minutes.

4. Boil water in a pot, add the shrimp pieces, cook until they turn color and curl up, then remove and drain.

5. Drain water from canned corn.

6. Heat a wok over medium heat and add some oil; stir-fry the green beans.

7. Once the green beans are almost cooked, increase the heat and add the corn kernels and shrimp pieces, stirring well.

8. Season with an appropriate amount of Sichuan pepper and salt, stir-fry evenly, then serve.
