How to Make Peppered Sea Bass with Tofu

1. Ask the fish seller to prepare the bream when buying, clean it at home, cut off the head, and slice the flesh thickly.

2. Place in a bowl, season with salt, ginger strips, and cooking wine for ten minutes.

3. While marinating the fish, finely chop the garlic and ginger, keep some ginger strips whole, and cut the scallion whites into segments.

4. Cut the tofu into thick slices similar to the size of the fish pieces.

5. Prepare a large dish and line it with ginger strips and scallion segments.
