How to Make Peanut Stick

This snack peanut strands, known by various names in different places. Some call them peanut strands, others sweet peanuts, and still others frosty peanuts. Do people remember them? How many of our childhood memories are they! Today's children have a wide variety of snacks, perhaps few love them anymore; instead, KFC and McDonald's might be their fond recollections when they grow up! But this snack truly existed in the minds of those born in the 1970s and 1980s! Ingredients

Introduction mains: raw peanuts (500 grams), cornstarch (200 grams)

Prepare ingredients

Select moldy peanuts and other debris, then gently fry the peanuts over low heat.

Turn off the heat once you hear the peanuts pattering in the pot.

Boil water and sugar together on a low flame.

Continue boiling until large bubbles form in the pot, and the sugar can stick to the back of a spoon.

Pour the fried peanuts into the syrup and stir well.

Sift cornstarch into the pot.

Constantly stir with a spatula; once the syrup has hardened and each peanut is coated with white frost, remove from heat and let it cool for crunchy enjoyment.

8. Stir continuously with a spatula until the syrup in the pot solidifies, and each peanut is coated with white frost. Remove from the heat and cool to crisp before serving.

Tips:
1. The ratio of peanuts to sugar should be 5:1; if you prefer it sweeter, you can add more sugar.2. Use large and plump peanut kernels for better taste.
