How to Make Eggplant with Meat Mince


Ingredients Introduction
Eggplant(3 pieces), minced meat (a little),Chili Sauce (1 spoon), cooking wine, cooking oil, salt,Dark soy sauce,Monosodium glutamate (as needed) Chopped scallions (a small bunch), garlic cloves (1 piece)
Stir-fried Eggplant with Minced Meat Steps

1. Wash the eggplants and cut them, then blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes and remove.

2. Add more oil than usual to the pot, stir-fry the minced meat, sprinkle a little salt to prevent splashing.

3. Add the stir-fried garlic cloves and the blanched eggplant strips and stir-fry together.

4. Add salt,Chili sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of cold water to the pot, stir-fry for a moment then cover and simmer until the sauce is almost dry; uncover to reduce the sauce.

5. Plate it up and sprinkle with chopped scallions!
