How to Make Garlic Steamed Shrimp

Method for steamed garlic shrimp:

1. Peel the garlic, wash it clean, chop it into minced garlic, place it in a heat-resistant bowl.

2. Pour enough oil into a wok, heat until seven or eight maturity.

3. Pour the hot oil over the minced garlic.

4. Add 2 tablespoons of Steamed fish sauce.

5. Add 1 tablespoon of cold water and stir well.(Those who like a stronger flavor can skip adding water)

6. Wash the prawns, drain the moisture. Boil water in a pot, add ginger slices, green onion bundles, and cooking wine, place the prawns, cook for about 2 minutes after boiling, turn off the fire.

7. Remove the cooked shrimp from the heat, drain the moisture, arrange neatly on a plate.

8. Place the mixed garlic seasoning sauce in the middle.
