How to Make Dry-Fried Organic Cauliflower

How to make stir-fried organic cauliflower:

1. Soak the organic cauliflower in salt for a while, then wash it clean.

2. Blanch and set aside.

3. Prepare scallion, ginger, garlic, pork belly, green pepper, and dried chili peppers.

4.Wok Add oil and stir-fry two spoons of doubanjiang until red oil is released.

5. Add the pork belly, scallion, ginger, and garlic to stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the chilies and continue stir-frying until they release their fragrance.

7. Add the cauliflower.

8. Add a little oyster sauce for freshness, then stir-fry evenly.

9. Serve.
Tips:
The Pixian doubanjiang has salt in it, so be cautious when adding soy sauce or more salt.
