How to Make Tomato Swordfish


Ingredients Introduction
Cod (1 piece), tomatoes (2 pieces),tomato sauce, salt,MSG,ginger, sliced,black pepper
Steps to make tomato cod:
1. Cut the cod into pieces, season with salt, black pepper, ginger slices, and a bit of starch for marination (I do not prefer thickened soup, so add some starch when marinating; it will thicken slightly during cooking)
2. Boil the cod in boiling water
3. In a wok, stir-fry tomatoes with a little salt (adding salt makes the tomatoes release more juice easier)
4. Add tomato sauce and stir-fry
5. Pour in water to bring it to a boil, then add the cod along with additional salt and magnesium sulfate Seasoning is complete
